Product Description
PG series PE tube type filter is micron grade filter composed of multi-pore filter medium and can filter sticking fine materials with 0.5μm to 100μm gaining clear and clean filtering effect.

Discharge residue to regenerate with compressed air or air-water backblow, chemical regeneration is also available, service life of filter element is prolonged.
Notice for Installation and Operation:
Backblow inlet valve should adopt globe valve.
Initial voltage of filtering should be below 0.2kg/cm2, increase 10 to 15minutes later, max working pressure should be 2kg/cm2 or below; Flux is obviously lessened under this pressure, backblow and residue-discharge should be carried out
Jam should be used for long term for filter element, dip for 48hours in acid and alkali liquid, it can be used again after backblow.
