Brief Introduction of Rubber Filter Belt
Rubber filter belt also named vacuum belt, is the critical part of DU series rubber belt vacuum filter and vacuum belt stock washer. On the surface of the rubber belt, there are rows of crosswise grooves with one or many rows of draining holes, the draining holes are pure rubber structure. The framework of the belt is adopted high strength polyester canvas or terylene fabrics. According to different industry condition, the top and bottom rubber covers of the filter belt can adopt different formulations to meet the need of resisting the acid and alkali, heat, oil and coldness. The shaping and vulcanization of the rubber belt adopt one time whole compound technology, which can ensure the unknit and stable capability of the rubber belt.
